Nushin Subhan works as an Operations Consultant for the Social Protection and Jobs team at the World Bank.
She has been working with the team since 2011 and has been involved in the implementation of several social safety net programs of Bangladesh. Previously, she worked as the task manager for the gender program at the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In this role, she closely collaborated with prominent women's associations to support women entrepreneurs in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) within Bangladesh, Southeast India, Bhutan, and Nepal.
She has completed her bachelor’s in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College, US and attended master’s program on Asian and African History at School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
