Nvard Grigoryan has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and worked as an academic researcher in several international organizations for over 8 years. Her professional interests include human values, fundamental beliefs, and other factors that influence an individual’s social behavior. As a researcher, she authored and co-authored more than 10 scientific articles and books in peer-reviewed journals and presented her work at international conferences. During her professional career as a researcher, Nvard Grigoryan also lectured at Yerevan State University and conducted trainings. For the last three years, Nvard Grigoryan works in the Human Resources field where she uses her professional background and experience to find out common problems that may be present in various organizations and propose solutions based on her knowledge of human psychology and behavioral trends.
