Odbayar is a Consultant with the Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) Unit at the World Bank. He has experience with Impact Evaluations on matching grants in agriculture, irrigation and farmer extension, child labor, WASH and conditional cash transfers. He managed data collection and analysis in Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, and Philippines for a host of organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, Innovations for Poverty Action and PACT. He has a MS in International and Development Economics from University of San Francisco, and a BA Economics from California State University East Bay.
