Ogma Dessirama Bale is a consultant on the Debt Statistics team within the Development Economics Data Group (DECDG) at the World Bank Group. Ogma works closely with Ministries of Finance and Central Banks around the world to analyze and process debt statistics data for the International Debt Statistics (IDS), Quarterly External Debt Statistics (QEDS), and Quarterly Public Sector Debt (QPSD) reports. He holds a Master’s degree from the Catholic University of America.
