Oleksandra Popova is a Private Sector Development Analyst with the World Bank’s Doing Business project. She currently works on the Enforcing Contracts Indicator and on the Reform Committee’s Project. Previously she primarily worked on issues relating to public procurement at the Contracting with the Government Indicator. She obtained Master of Laws degree from the University of Washington and holds a Law degree from Kyiv State University. Ms. Popova speaks Russian and Ukrainian.
