Olga Kadima is Operations Officer for the Democratic Republic of Congo, based in Kinshasa. She joined the World Bank Group in 2010 as a Junior Professional under the Junior Professional for Afro-descendants program. She provides operational support to the country director and supports the country management unit in strategy development and policy dialogue.
A Congolese national, Olga speaks English, French and Lingala, with strong knowledge of Swahili, Afrikaans, and Tshiluba.
She received an M.B.A. with distinction from Roosevelt University in Chicago, where she was a graduate assistant, and previously graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a B.S. in Finance.
