Senior Knowledge and Learning Officer

Olga Stradysheva is a Senior Knowledge Management and Learning Officer at the World Bank’s Environment Department, where she leads innovative knowledge and learning programs that bridge global expertise with regional development needs. With over two decades of experience spanning Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the United States, Olga has held pivotal roles in international development, including with the International Finance Corporation, advancing Energy Efficiency and Cleaner Production initiatives across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and with the Pew Charitable Trusts in Chile, where she contributed to the protection of the Chilean Patagonia eco-region.

Olga’s professional focus lies at the intersection of Knowledge Management, Artificial Intelligence, and International Development. Olga holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University in Russia. She is a recipient of the Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship and is fluent in Spanish, Russian, and English.
