Olivia joined the World Bank in 2011. She is a public sector and governance consultant with experience working across countries in the Africa West and East regions, including Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar, Mozambique, and the Republic of Congo. She has experience supporting the preparation and implementation of investment projects and analytical work in digital transformation, service delivery, human resource management, and revenue administration. She is also providing support in public investment management and public asset management with a specific focus on Europe and Central Asia countries.
Before joining the World Bank, Olivia worked in the private sector and at the Presidency of the Republic of Madagascar. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of London.
