Olivier Lambert, a French national, joined the World Bank Group in 1993. He has since held positions in IFC, as an Investment Officer in the Middle East and North Africa region; in the World Bank, as Senior Financial Sector Specialist in Africa and Asia and as a Senior Country Officer; and in MIGA, as a Sector Team Leader and Regional Manager for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Before his current position, he was the Lead Operations Officer in charge of monitoring the MIGA portfolio. Olivier’s expertise is on project finance, private and financial sector development, and political risk insurance.
