Ornella Darova is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. She received her B.Sc in Economics and Statistics at the University of Turin and Collegio Carlo Alberto and her MSc in Economic and Social Sciences at Bocconi University. She has been a consultant for the World Bank for projects in the Western Balkans. She is interested in social norms and employees' interaction but also innovation/digitalisation opportunities in developing countries.
