Osman Kaan Inan is a Junior Professional Associate in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice's Europe and Central Asia Unit. He focuses on poverty, inequality and refugee welfare issues along with statistical capacity building for poverty measurement across the region. His country assignments for analytical pieces include Turkey, Armenia, Romania and Estonia. Kaan has previous experiences in risk management consulting and private equity investment. He holds a B.S. from the School of Foreign Service in Georgetown University where he studied International Political Economy and International Business Diplomacy. During his time at Georgetown, Kaan conducted research on the impact of private firm-government relations on business climate conditions in Turkey.
