Othmane Boulhane is a Research Consultant at the Africa Gender Innovation Lab (GIL) of the World Bank, a lab dedicated to building evidence on what closes gender gaps across the continent. His research focuses on adolescent girls’ empowerment in West Africa, where he has managed field data collection in Côte d’Ivoire and coordinated multi-country impact evaluations across the Sahel.
