Pablo Herrera is an Environmental Specialist in the Environment, Natural Resources and Blue Economy Global Practice. He works in the Latin America and Caribbean Region in projects related to the management of landscapes, ecosystems and natural resources. Currently he manages the forests and climate change portfolio in Argentina; and also serves as safeguards (WB’s environmental and social standards) specialist for different infrastructure and territorial development projects in Argentina and Colombia. Previously he worked as director and project manager at different CSOs, as a consultant and in the academic sector, developing operations and knowledge products in the area of natural resources and biodiversity-related rural development.
Pablo holds a Master in Public Policies from the Torcuato Di Tella University, and a bachelor degree in biology from the Buenos Aires University, where he specialized in landscape ecology.
