Pablo Iribarren Santos is a transport consultant that works for the World Bank’s Transport & Digital Development Global Practice in Buenos Aires where he is supporting the implementation of several mobility related projects and studies that promote shared prosperity in Argentina and Paraguay. Previously, he had a six-month volunteering experience in Panama with the non-profit Bridges to Prosperity which made him understand that engineering is a truly powerful tool towards social justice.
 
Pablo holds a Civil Engineering degree from University of Cantabria and is currently finalizing a Master’s Double Degree from École des Ponts in Paris in the Civil Engineering department. Passionate about development, his interests also lie in Maximizing Finance for Development, PPPs and finding ways to increase efficiency and transparency in the construction industry.
