Pablo Navas is a Transport Consultant at the World Bank, where he works with the Transport Global Practice in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Region. Since joining the Bank in 2024, he has supported urban transport and aviation projects and contributed to technical assistance initiatives on e-mobility, transport decarbonization, and social inclusion.
Before joining the World Bank, Pablo served as an International Trade & Investment Analyst at the Embassy of Spain in Washington, D.C., where he focused on the transport and infrastructure sectors, facilitating bilateral partnerships and multilateral engagements.
Earlier in his career, he worked as an Operations Engineer at a Spanish transport consulting firm, contributing to national and international infrastructure studies. Pablo holds a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, an MBA in International Management, and a Master’s in Air Transport Systems.
