Padam was born in Doti district of far western region of Nepal. He completed my school level education from different school of far western region. After that he came here in Kathmandu to Study GCE A level and Bachelors Degrees.
He has a keen interest in research activities related to climate change issues and environmental economics. Apart from this, He is also passionate about video making. His short video 3C’s of Climate Change was the winning entry in the UK Nepal climate change short film competition in 2009.
