Paola Guerra is a Social Development Specialist and Policy Analyst at the World Bank with more than five years of experience in social and international development. She has focused her work mainly on gender and the social and economic integration of migrants in recipient countries. Prior to the World Bank, she worked in the Citizen Engagement and Social Responsibility Department at Microsoft Venezuela. She also worked as a volunteer in Ahmedabad (India), providing vulnerable adolescent girls access to health information. Paola graduated as a sociologist from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas and holds a Master of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
