Paola is a consultant in the World Bank Group’s Global Education Practice, where she works on implementation of projects in the Dominican Republic, including impact evaluations, in topics related to upper secondary education, growth mindset skills and Computer Adaptive Learning (CAL). Paola has been working for several years in the education policy sector of the Dominican Republic, mainly in the implementation and monitoring of projects. She holds a B.A in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Applied Economics.
