Paramveer Singh is a Resident Consultant with the Agriculture Global Practice of the World Bank, working in the South Asia region. A post-graduate in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), he brings with him rich operational experience in areas of financial inclusion, agriculture value chain analytics, monitoring and evaluation and project management. In his present role, he leads on-site operations assistance to the Govt. of Bihar for implementation of the USD 290 million Bihar Transformative Development Project (JEEViKA-II). In addition to the World Bank and Govt. of Bihar, he has undertaken consulting assignments for UNDP, Care India and FAO. A frequent blogger for the World Bank, he has also co-authored a learning note series on JEEViKA published in 2017.
