Paromita manages the growing online presence of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) and shares other duties with the communication team.
Prior to 3ie, she was a Fellow at The Energy Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi. As a former journalist, Paromita has spent over a decade reporting, writing feature stories, and copy editing with several national and international publications. She has also been involved with various development organizations as a writer and editor.
Paromita holds a Ph.D. in International Politics from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
