Pascale Schnitzer is an Economist in the Social Protection & Jobs Department of the World Bank. She has operational and analytical experience in a wide range of contexts in Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Her operational work focuses on adaptive safety nets and labor policy, while her research spans across various topics including targeting, gender, cash transfers, productive inclusion, and minimum wage. She holds a master’s degree in applied economics from Cornell University.
