Paul Jacob Robyn (Jake) has been working at the World Bank since 2011, focusing primarily on operations and impact evaluations for Results-Based Financing interventions in West and Central Africa. He currently manages the World Bank health portfolios for Cameroon and Central African Republic, and is the Principal Investigator for several RBF impact evaluations in the West and Central Africa region. Prior to joining the Bank, Jake coordinated a research program for community-based health insurance schemes in Burkina Faso, and was a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Burkina Faso and Malawi.
