Paul Ndungutse is a Senior Digital Specialist at the World Bank, supporting digital transformation initiatives across Eastern and Southern Africa. His work focuses on strengthening Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), data governance, AI for Development, and expanding resilient digital infrastructure, helping countries design inclusive digital systems that drive economic growth and social inclusion. Paul was a Mason Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School.
