Paul has 27 years experience in water and wastewater management at local, national and international levels with public, private, donor, and not-for-profit agencies, including 12 years’ experience delivering water programs and projects in Vietnam.
He currently supports the development and implementation of the World Bank's strategic approach to supporting the Government of Vietnam and counterpart agencies deliver water security outcomes.
