Paulina Hołda is an economist working with the Macroeconomics and Fiscal Management (MFM) Global Practice at the World Bank, based in Warsaw, Poland. Her work entails economic research and analysis for Poland and the EU11 countries, and includes the EU11 Regular Economic Report. Her most recent work includes the Poland Country Economic Memorandum (CEM) on the savings and public spending review program, as well as a report on subnational finance (debt management). Paulina’s other responsibilities include working as a Country Economist for the Baltic countries. She has a strong professional interest in the macroeconomic challenges of aging, and is involved in the work of the MFM Thematic Group on Macroeconomic impacts of aging. Paulina holds a Master's degree in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
