Pawan Kumar Sharma works as a Director (Projects)-cum-Chief Engineer in Himachal Pradesh Road and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HPRIDCL) and also holding the additional charge of Chief Engineer (NH), HPPWD with focus on implementation of Himachal Pradesh State Roads Transformation Program (HPSRTP), World Bank funded project and two lane Dhalli Tunnel. He is also associated for conceptualization of, “Restoration of Submerged Temples & Cultural Heritage of erstwhile Bilaspur town at Bilaspur Distt. in H.P”. which will help to create employment opportunities, Reviving the Lost History, Heritage & Culture of Bilaspur town, boost Tourism & benefits to Tourism Industry etc. Prior to be associated with the HPSRTP, he has served under different capacities for end to end planning, construction and maintenance of highway by serving the public with modern roads and buildings constructed as per the latest technical design/ specifications and adding user friendly features. An Engineer by qualification and enthusiast to implement new technologies in the project, he enjoys doing yoga & meditation.
