Pepe Zhang is an associate director & fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center. Zhang coordinates the Center’s post-COVID prosperity portfolio, covering regional macro, international trade and investment, health, and other key economic opportunities and issues in Latin America and the Caribbean. Zhang also leads the Center’s China-Latin America portfolio, which provides timely insight on the growing relations between the two regions through multi-perspective and forward-looking analyses and events. Zhang is the author, most recently, of LAC 2025: Three Post-COVID Scenarios, China-LAC Trade 2035: Four Scenarios, and Moving Beyond COVID-19: Vaccines and Other Policy Considerations in Latin America
