Peter Neis is a PhD student at Toulouse School of Economics. He is interested development and institutional economics and applied econometrics. His interest is especially focused on the functioning of legal institutions and their impact on development. His current research focuses on the Indian judiciary and investigates how different actors of the judiciary reply to incentives and how this maps into economic and social outcomes of people lives. Peter holds a M.Sc. in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics.
