Peter Schierl is a World Bank Group Knowledge Management Officer, working on climate change communication and learning program development.
Prior to joining the Bank, Peter worked in journalism, public relations and film production. He graduated from the University of Vienna, Austria, with a Doctor of Philosophy degree in political science.
He holds master’s degrees in international relations from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, and in communication science/law from the University of Salzburg, Austria.
Peter enjoys cinema, sports, music, reading and spending time with his family.
