Phaloeuk Kong is an Operations Officer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Since joining the World Bank in late 2019, he has worked on supporting the Government counterparts and World Bank teams in project preparation, implementation and portfolio monitoring, including reviewing operational packages. He set up and co-leads the implementation of Australia-DFAT (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) funded Promoting Inclusion, Sustainability and Equality in Cambodia. He holds a Master in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
