Philip van Ryneveld is an institutional specialist and director of Hunter van Ryneveld (Pty) Ltd. He has had a long career in city management with a strong focus on public transport. He has been a technical advisor to South Africa’s constitution drafting process in the early 1990’s, was CFO of the City of Cape Town. He has worked on decentralization, city management and public transport related issues in many countries, including in Asia, Africa and the Middle-East.
