Philippa Sigl-Gloeckner works in the Office of the President where she serves as Analyst in the President’s Delivery Unit, covering data, finance and private sector related priorities. She has worked on a range of data related topics from World Bank wide performance metrics to information management in the Ebola Crisis response and applications of spatial data in the context of the Sierra Leone Growth Poles project. Prior to joining the Bank in summer 2013, she was a strategy consultant focused on telecoms in Sub-Saharan Africa and worked for an engineering conglomerate in Cambodia. Philippa holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
