Pierre Boulenger is a Senior Water Supply & Sanitation Specialist. Before joining the WB, he has worked in France for several years for different private firms in the sanitation sector. He then joined the WB in 2006, firstly in Dakar, Senegal, and then in Yaoundé, Cameroon, where he is based now. He has worked with the WB in several West and Central Africa countries (Senegal, Burkina, Mali, Niger, Rwanda, Cameroon), covering many aspects of Water and Sanitation sector (water supply in urban and rural areas, PPP, reform of the sector,…), with a specific focus these last few years in FCV countries (Guinea-Bissau, DRC, and CAR).
