Pol has experience in investment projects and technical assistances related to urban planning, disaster risk management, in particular associated with climate change adaptation and mitigation in the Latin American and Caribbean and Middle East and North Africa regions. He is an Architect holding an MBA and a master’s degree in Smart Cities.
