Dr. Pranav Mohan, an Investment Officer based in New Delhi, India, is the Health Focal Point of IFC PPP Transaction Advisory Services South Asia. He has over 13 years of professional experience in the health and pharmaceuticals sectors including in Strategy and Health Operations Consulting, Buy-side Investment Banking and Private Equity in India, UAE, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong. Since joining IFC in 2011, Pranav has led large-scale, innovative health programs including one of India’s first Universal Social Health Insurance programs in joint collaboration with the World Bank. Prior to joining IFC, Pranav worked in Religare Enterprises where he advised the Fortis Healthcare group on multiple Mergers and Acquisitions and divestiture deals across Asia and also worked with the Religare owned Milestone Religare health focused PE fund. He has additional experience and expertise in hospital IT systems, tele-medicine, mobile health and valuation of medical devices and chemical and biological medical products. Pranav is a qualified Medical Doctor, has an MBBS degree from Government Medical College, Mysore, India, an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management Indore and a Post-Graduate degree in Hospital and Healthcare Administration.
