Rabia Houssein Aden is an entrepreneurship consultant working with the World Bank's Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation (FCI) team. She is currently working on the Djibouti Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Support Project, where she is providing technical advice, best practices, recommendations, and detailed analysis to support the improvement of existing business development services for women and youth entrepreneurs in Djibouti. Rabia has experience in youth entrepreneurship, having worked at the Djibouti Private Incubator. She also monitors and accompanies project holders to ensure progress, identify areas that need technical support, and assist and coach in fundraising and meeting with investors. She has facilitated several competitions in the Djibouti entrepreneurial ecosystem, such as Startup Weekend and Techcamp.
Rabia holds an MBA in project management from ISM Dakar.
