is a Senior Infrastructure and Transport Specialist in the World Bank Office in Warsaw. He has over twenty years of experience in infrastructure, technical assistance and consultancy projects in Central Europe. He has been involved in a number of projects in transport infrastructure focusing on road safety, roads and railways, municipal infrastructure and services involving also public private partnerships and project finance mechanisms. During his professional career he was involved in the preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments, as well as studies and technical assistance projects for a number of public and private sector entities in Poland, Romania, Croatia, Ukraine and other countries.
Prior to joining the Bank, he worked as a strategic management consultant coordinating commercial consulting projects in Poland and Central Europe. During the 90’s he worked for the European Commission, in the Polish Delegation Office, coordinating European Union pre-accession investment programs in the infrastructure of Poland. He holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an International MBA.
