Raghada is a program assistant for Human Development projects in Egypt, Yemen and Djibouti based in Cairo office. She is a winner of the World Bank Youth Innovation fund for a project entitled Youth Innovations for Entrepreneurship and Employability” in 2012. She joined the Bank in 2009 and has been supporting lending and non-lending projects on Education, employment, health, youth immigration and social protection in Egypt, Yemen, besides supporting RAS projects in GCC countries during her assignment in HQ. At university, she was a member in Egypt Young Voices initiative by James Wolfensohn and represented Egypt in the World Bank Youth conference in Sarajevo in 2004. Also, she has been e-moderator for discussion on WDR 2007 and panelist discussant of the report in the World Bank conference in Morocco.
Parallel to working at the Bank, she is a member in various civil society organizations aiming at youth development; she is Egypt Youth Ambassador for Arab Thought Foundation and represented Egypt in key international conferences as a speaker or panelist. Raghada has a bachelor in English Language and Literature
