Rahul Pandey joined World Bank in 2016, as Operations Officer, Health Nutrition and Population Global Practice, South Asia, based in New Delhi. As part of HNP GP, Rahul has worked on several lending projects and technical assistance assignments, including supporting trust funds, in India and provided cross-support to Nigeria. In addition, he also provides support to digital health related interventions in the region. Prior to joining the World Bank, Rahul worked with the health department of state Government of Gujarat (provincial government) and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India (federal government) for 7 years. He also worked as STC with IFC and HNP GP between 2013-2016. Rahul has a postgraduate degree in public health management from IIHMR University, Jaipur, India and a bachelor’s degree in Physics & Mathematics from University of Allahabad, India.
