Rama Chandra Reddy is a Senior Carbon Finance Specialist in the Climate Change Cross Cutting Solutions Area of the World Bank based in Washington, D.C. He has been working on policy, regulation and financing aspects of climate change agenda in multiple sectors and geographic regions for more than 10 years. Prior to joining the World Bank, Mr. Reddy worked in the Government of India. He has a Ph.D. in Resource Economics from Bangor University, U.K.
