Raman Maroz leads the Enforcing Contracts indicator in the Doing Business unit and previously he covered the Resolving Insolvency topic. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Mr. Maroz clerked at the Constitutional Court of Belarus and worked for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Notre Dame Law School where he was a Fulbright scholar, a Law degree from the Belarusian State University (Belarus), and a University degree in Political Science and European Studies from the Université Montesquieu - Bordeaux IV (France). Mr. Maroz speaks Belarusian, Russian, and French.
