Rapeepun Jommaroeng is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Governing Board at the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand (RSAT). Previously, he was the Regional MSM (men who have sex with men) and HIV focal point for Thailand at UNESCO Bangkok. He is currently a PhD candidate in Demography (focusing on monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS programs) at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, Thailand.
