Razan Nimir is an Environmental Specialist Consultant based in Khartoum, Sudan. Prior to joining the Bank, she volunteered with the Sudan Environment Conservation Society, coordinated the UNESCO-World Heritage volunteer’s program at the Sudan Dinder National Park, raising awareness to reduce conflict between rangers and local communities. Razan has demonstrable expertise in community-based conservation. She holds an MPhil in Conservation Leadership from the Cambridge University.
