Reg Onglao is a data scientist in the Trade and Competitiveness global practice of the World Bank Group. She is currently working on the maintenance and improvement of the TCdata360 and Govdata360 open data platforms.
Before joining the World Bank Group, Reg worked at a data science consultancy firm as a Senior Data Strategy Associate, with a broad machine learning project portfolio ranging from e-governance to transport congestion analysis. She also worked as the Unit Head for Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation at the Sustainable Livelihood Program of the Philippine Government's Department of Social Welfare and Development.
Reg has a double major in Applied Mathematics and Philosophy at the Ateneo de Manila University.
