Reyn has a broad range of experience, from a global corporate and competition law practice to local government advocacy work, from innovative social entrepreneurship to international digital development. She brings more than 25 years of multi-disciplinary knowledge and perspective across the private, public and non-profit sectors to help clients identify their challenges and find solutions.
Reyn’s digital development consulting work focuses on getting the enabling environment right (and ripe) for digital transformation. She advises on digital leadership, effective institutional structures, organizational change management, legal and regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Reyn speaks fluent Russian (in addition to native English and Swedish) and has worked on digital development projects in Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Russia. Sectors include digital infrastructure, digital government services, open data, and IT product and services development.
