Rhedon Begolli is a Senior Energy Specialist based in Kosovo with the World Bank's Energy and Extractives Global Practice, where he manages energy programs in the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, FYR Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia). His work includes projects in energy market reform, energy efficiency, renewable energy, power generation public-private partnerships (PPPs), district heating, and natural gas infrastructure. Prior to joining the World Bank, Rhedon worked in the technology sector and on projects related to information and communication technology (ICT). Rhedon holds an MBA in International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in Computer Science and Mass Communications from the American University in Bulgaria.
