Ricardo Estrada is a principal economist in the research department at CAF — development bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics, and he is a graduate from the master’s in public policy program at the University of Chicago. His research interests include education, personnel, and development economics. He has published his work at the European Economic Review, the Journal of Labor Economics, and the Journal of Public Economics, among other outlets.
