Richie Rummery is currently a consultant specializing in public health financing with the World Bank and is based in regional NSW, Australia. His primary focus of work is Health System Strengthening with the Solomon Islands Ministry of Health and Medical Services. Richie is passionate about working with his colleagues to improve government financial health systems with an aim to expand Universal Health Coverage in the Solomon Islands. He holds a Degree in Business from Southern Cross University and is currently undertaking a Master's Degree in Global Public Health with Griffith University. Before joining the World Bank in 2018, Richie held several technical advisor positions with the Solomon Islands Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance & Treasury focusing on Public Financial Management and Health Systems Strengthening.
