Dr. Ritgak Tilley-Gyado is a Senior Health Specialist from the World Bank. She has close to two decades of experience in health systems, nutrition and cross-sectoral agendas. She is the author of the World Bank case study, When Institutions Work: Nigeria’s Ebola Response, and has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications. She is a Doctor of Medicine with a Master’s in Culture and Health from University College London.
