Ritgak Tilley-Gyado is a physician and senior development professional with nearly two decades of experience in health systems, human capital development, and cross-sectoral policy reform. Her expertise spans nutrition, primary healthcare, early childhood development, gender, financing and governance.

She has led multisectoral initiatives and analytical work on nutrition and early childhood development and co-authored several World Bank and peer-reviewed publications, including When Institutions Work: Nigeria’s Ebola Response.

Ritgak previously served as a policy adviser to Nigeria’s Minister of Health and as Strategy Lead at the Private Sector Health Alliance. She was a Global Health Fellow at Chatham House and an Impact Business Fellow at Oxford. She holds a Doctor of Medicine and a Master’s degree from University College London.
