Rob is an Infrastructure Specialist with the Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF), based in the World Bank in Washington, D.C. He focuses on the GIF’s portfolio of project preparation activities in Eastern Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean, helping develop sustainable ways to harness private capital into major infrastructure investments.
Prior to joining the GIF, Rob worked for seven years in technical consultancy Steer Davies Gleave, focused on the economics and finance of transportation projects before spending three years at the Inter-American Development Bank exploring strategic opportunities to increase the use of private finance in Central America and other early stage PPP markets in Latin America. Rob is a CFA Charterholder as well as holding an MS in Applied Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
